Press brake CAP-S
The CAP-S machine line is the standard machine in the portfolio of UZMA.
Een veelzijdige en hoogwaardige machine met een rijk uitrustingsniveau. De machine wordt uitgeleverd zoals voorgeschreven in de CE machinerichtlijnen.
It is a versatile and quality machine with a high equipment level. The machine will be delivered according the CE machine guide line.
The Standard version consists out of:
- Y1 - Y2
- Hydraulic system of Hoerbiger
- Linear encoders of Heidenhain
- X-axis and R-axis CNC controlled
- Driving ball screw and linear guidings
- Drive X-axis and R-axis with use of servo motors
- Z1 and Z2 are manual
- Crowning motor by CNC controller
- CNC controller Delem DA-56
- Finger safety with AKAS-LC
- Back side equipped with walk in security by use of a light barrier
- Safety controller for optimal safety
- Electrical components of Siemens
- Tool take up "European" standard fast exchange system
- Tool take down 60 mm and/or groove 13 mm
- Set top tools (depending the press force)
- Set bottom tools(depending the version)
- In front of the machine two support arms
Options are in many variants available but often not required, all of this is customized for each company.
The machines delivered by KLPM B.V. are standard operational delivered with no additional charges. So inclusive is:
- Transport till delivery in the Netherlands
- Machine will be filled with required oil
- First settings and adjustments will be done
- Instructions and class for a maximum of three serried days
- 12 months factory warranty
NOT included in the price is unload, intern transport and connecting the machine.
